Refund policy

Each Near Noir product is made-to-order — individually printed just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Report an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order (such as a misprint or damage), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return Address

The return address for all orders is our fulfillment partner’s facility. If a shipment is returned:

  • You’ll receive an automated email notification

  • Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days

If the return address is changed or redirected, Near Noir is not responsible for undeliverable packages or returns received elsewhere.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect and the order is returned, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we confirm the correct address.

If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, reshipment costs will also be your responsibility.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene concerns, sealed items like face masks cannot be returned or reshipped if unsealed or used.

International & EU Customers

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Because Near Noir products are custom-printed on demand, they are not eligible for returns under standard EU withdrawal rights.
