At Near Noir, we believe great design shouldn’t come at the expense of safety or ethics. We work with trusted partners and suppliers to ensure all products meet required safety and quality standards, including those outlined by EU regulations.

1. General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) – EU Compliance

In accordance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Near Noir and our supplier Printful ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and fully compliant with applicable European Union safety standards.

2. Product Traceability & Manufacturing

All Near Noir garments and prints are produced on demand by Printful, a trusted global print-on-demand supplier. Each product is made upon order, and traceability is maintained from printing through fulfillment.

3. Product Safety Assurance

We rely on professional-grade printing, certified materials, and supplier adherence to safety regulations relevant to clothing, textiles, and wall art. While our products are designed for artistic and fashion purposes, we monitor and respond to any product concerns promptly.
